Paypal Problem – No Payment?!

Hi,

I Just spent the last day or so building a small store and have i think done everything i need to and have set paypal and direct bank transfer as payment methods.

Two orders have appeared on my store and have the confirmation emails saying they both paid using paypal but no money has been transfered to the account.

I’m wondering am i missing something blindigly obvious?
was all i had to do to register my paypal enter my email adress in the paypal tab on the store settings?
