PayPal not Getting Billing Address from s2member (3 posts)

    PayPal Pro is not getting the billing address for some, but not all, of our site's subscribers. We're using s2member.

    Paypal reports are missing the following:
    1. Billing address information for _all_ of our yearly subscribers. Our yearly subscriptions don't recur. They are one-time purchases.
    2. Billing address information for about 20% of our monthly subscribers. Monthly subscriptions automatically recur monthly.

    PayPal says that the problem is on our end, i.e. that the reason they don't show the above billing information in our reports is because our site is not sending them that information.

    Can you give me some advice on how to reconfigure S2Member to pass on every subscriber's billing address to PayPal Pro?

    I'm also encountering this on a website as of updating S2 to Version 140105

    I have the same issue.
    I don't think any of my subscribers billing information is being picked up by PayPal over the last 2 years.
    I am using ProForms and there is nothing there to say send billing address, so I assume its always supposed to be sent.
    I'm using PayPal Payments Pro (without payflow) and I'm on Version 130406 + s2MemberĀ® Pro v130406

    Any Help would be appreciated.
