ManningOneSorry if this is the wrong forum but I am needing help.
About two months ago we began hearing from a hand full of customers that when they try to check out via PayPal, the PayPal window pops up and says loading, however, the page never loads. Thinking it may be a browser issue we've been asking what browser they're using and at this point the problem does not appear to be browser specific. Although <90% appear to occur with IE.
We run wordpress 3.1.3, use eJunkie, and process payments through both PayPal and Google (no issues with Google checkout). We do use Java Script to connect with PayPal.
eJunike believes the problem is caused by a javascript conflict between our cart software and some other custom script we are using on our Web site. Specifically, taking a cart to checkout loads a script into the buyer's browser which negotiates the transition from our cart to PayPal's checkout site, and that script appears to be conflicting with one of your site's scripts, causing the stall.
I had our scripts reviewed and the person looking over them did see an issue.
Any suggestions?
