    Hi,
I set up 20GBP as the charge, however when I click on the paypal button, it takes me to the paypal invoice which shows 0.00GBP to pay.

do you know why that is?

I'm afraid I'll need some more information on that...
Could you please describe your setup in more detail?

    Cheers,
    Ari.

I've set up a subscription plan called "join the ADA", which is active.
In that, I've set up a membership level (created in the access levels section of the plugin). I slide it to the relevant area. In the menu I set up 365 days, finite and 20GBP. The level is called "paid members"

In the payment gateway, I set up the express paypal in live site and GBP currency.

    Hi @caspergrimaldi

I copied your settings and then created a finite item for £20 for 365 days and PayPal wouldn't set it up, it said that it was an invalid subscription period. So it's not the same error as you get but an interesting coincidence.

For me it worked fine when I set it as 52 weeks, 12 months or 1 year. Just not when it was 365 days.

Please try changing to 52 weeks, 12 months or 1 year and report back.

    Cheers,
    Mike

Thanks Mike, problem solved. Indeed I set it up to 1 year and it's working fine.
    Thank you
