paypal adding shipping on top of woocommerce shipping (3 posts)

im trying to get woocommerce to work properly here:
    http://www.luvmypoodle.com/calendar/poodle-calendar/

The product is $14.95 with a $3 flat rate shipping for local deliver set inside woocommerce settings. However for some reason the transactions that come thru after purchase all go to "on hold" status because paypal goes ahead and charges customers shipping on top of the total commerce has already calculated. Shipping amounts that paypal is calculating are slightly different for each customer. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? Is this a setting inside paypal or woocommerce that needs fixing?

    thanks in advance.

    Asim

I am also having this problem, and I don't know where the setting is located.

    From another forum:
"Apparently PayPal recently updated their systems, which caused the double charges in shipping. There is no button or selection to turn off shipping. What users will need to do if this occurs is go into Shipping Calculations and delete all calculation methods. When PayPal migrated my account to their new system, they inadvertently created a default shipping calculation. It wasn't obvious on how to turn it off since I didn't create it in the first place.

To turn off shipping, users will need to delete any shipping calculations that may have been created when PayPal updates their system."
