Payments Not Going Through via WooCommerce (1 post)

    Hello Im using WooCommerce on my site with Mijireh and Braintree to process my payments. I set up the site a couple of weeks ago, ran tests to make sure it would take credit cards in sandbox AND live mode and it worked fine both times. It took my payment and the payment with through both brain tree and mijireh.

    Today I got my first sale and the order shows up in WooCommerce but the payment did NOT go through to either mijireh or brain tree...which means it didn't collect the actual payment.

    The payment says "pending" . I really don't understand what's going on here. Did the customer not complete the payment or something? Because I checked with braintree and this isn't on their end, I honestly dont think it's on mijireh's end either. Im completely lost and I have no idea how to fix this.

    Also when I hit "email invoice" NOTHING happens. I don't get emails when placing practice orders either. Help is URGENTLY needed.
