  • I had made a payment to support page builder plugin and am yet to receive any confirmation or updates from you?? Have you stopped development? If not where is the list of people who support you? How can i get involved? What is most irritating is i have been trying to contact you using twitter, email and this contact form sending across messages in multiple times. If not i will have to rescind my monthly payment for development and you should in good faith return my money just they way i put in money on you on good faith alone.

    Emails and tweets were sent to greg himself but it seems he is too busy to even bother to respond. You have no hope for a plugin which does not have support however good it might be.

    Very sorry about that. It’s been a long weekend here in South Africa so I haven’t been replying to many messages. Andrew, our support guy has been handling most of our support while I’ve been gone.

    I’m back today and replying to all emails, tweets, etc.

    Thank you very much for your monthly donation towards the development of Page Builder. I really do appreciate it, but I’ll happily refund your first payment and cancel your subscription if you’re not happy.

    Communication/feedback for contributors will take place via our newsletter which I send out every week or 2 to contributors. The newsletter has surveys for things like development direction, etc. You’ll also be able to reply directly to the emails with your feedback.

    Thank you for replying. I think page builder has potential and am happy to support it. The only pain was i wasn’t getting any response at all from anyone and there is no auto sign up to any newsletter anywhere.

    There is also no directions anywhere on the site where and how the people who pay will be treated and where the mailing list is etc etc. This is like a bare minimum.

    So i hope you understand my anguish. My intention was not to really rescind or ask for a refund but to support a good product. I plan to provide my customers with page builder but i needed to be sure that i will get support and at the same time will have a say in its direction. Thats the whole point right?

    Infact in your article you had mentioned 10$ / 5$ while i directly gave in more so that you know am serious. i can see you have since changed the figure to 20$. All the best to you, please point me in the right direction.
