Paying affiliates? Viewing their balance?

On the “Referrals” tab there is a table that displays the amount of each sale that an affiliate has earned. Each of these can be marked as “Closed” or Pending/Rejected.
How can I see the combined totals for different affiliates? We have a minimum payout of $100.00, and so we don’t need to see every individual transaction.
Also, how do we actually pay an affiliate? Does this plugin even collect any sort of billing information? Even if it was just a paypal email address.
Is there an extension that adds any of these features?
