   I just discovered this theme Patus a very good responsive theme free, I'm surprised not to find it in the library of WordPress themes.

   It's up to the theme author to submit it for inclusion in http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/

   no, not possible, one method to enrich the library, I knew that the author could offer its theme, but I thought the moderators if they saw a WordPress theme interesting, taking at least contact the author. We need to miss some interesting themes so.

   Sorry but no. Themes MUST be submitted by the theme's author and comply with all of the relevant WPORG theme guidelines.

   thank you I understood, I allowed myself to just tell my sadness by this procedure, which is a monologue and consequently leads to have a resource issue, it may have less rich today.
   write large is incorrect, you give the impression of shouting, I have the right to speak, right?
