Hi everyone,
I went through a subdomain to regular domain shift. In the process, I lost all my paths and plugins.
What specific files must I access to change my paths in the PHPAdmin? It looks correct from my review, but nothing is working online.

Download the SQL and open it in a text editor....
Look for:
http://subdomain.yourdomain.com
and change it to
Server path:
/your/server/path/subdomain
Change to:
/your/server/path/
I think that's all you need to do.
Did you delete the folder on the server that represented the subdomain? If so, unless you have a backup, you are out of gas.
You shouldn't lose your databases at all; those aren't affected by a shift like that.

Thank you for your help. With a few other changes and your suggestion, I managed to get my page links to work again. So this is awesome! :)
Now, I just need to fix the paths to my uploads. The images and documents in my media section are not linking, and their thumbnails are blank/broken in the media library. I could probably delete and re-upload all these files, but I have a large site. There's gotta be an easier way to reroute this, but I don't know where to look yet.
That's good to know about the database not being lost in the shift too. I was worried about that in the beginning. Good info, thank you.
