   Where can i get info on the patches/updates, any security fixes, and what has changed in each release

   There are no patches in WP.
   Clisk the big read download button on look around.

   i have been through all those links/pages
   what i'm looking for is documentation similar too

   Release 2.6.3
   Added feature
   feature description

   added feature 2
   feature 2 desc

   changed user interface admin
   description of changes

   security fix
   fixed code which could have been used to perform insert

   notes like this would allow me to determine if i can put the newest release into my test environment and test with my current themes/pages before promoting to active, if need to update immediately as there is a possible exploit or if i can wait for the next release to review
