   Hi I am a Newbie and this is probably really simple, so bear with me.

   How do I paste text into my write window, is there a plugin to allow this?

   For windows, try Ctrl-C to copy and ctrl-v to paste.

   Similar shortcuts for mac users as well.

   Don't you have a Ctrl and V key on your keyboard?
   Why would you need a plugin? This is not a "WP issue" - it is about knowing your own computer :)
   Also, right-click should bring up a menu where you can select "Paste".

   Warning: try not to paste into the wysiwyg editor from Word or from other websites - it will be ugly :)
