I know this is a common issue but I'm really confused. First, I'm not
sure how or why the system logged me out after several weeks of having access to the dashboard, etc.
Long story short, I had a name & password for the site, plus separate ones for the forum and a coordinating email. I've tried all in so many combinations that I've confused myself and have no idea what any of my login info is. I read about phpAdmin, is this a plugin or something already existing on my computer. I have little to no coding experience...I just want to update my blog. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Brad,
I've confused myself as well. Basically, no matter how many times
I change my password, WP will not accept it. I keep getting
the below message. I've gone through this several times and have
no idea what else to try. I cannot access my dashboard at all. Thanks for your help.
ERROR: The password you entered for the email or username [BLANK] is incorrect. Lost your password?

Yes, thanks. For reasons that still aren't clear, WordPress logs me in with my email rather than my username.
