   I have tried every way that i could find to reset my password. I used the "forgot password" link and it sends me the email but that password still doesn't work. I also tried the emergency script to reset the password and the new password does not work. I then tried the myphpadmin method and the password that i specified does not work. I repeated all methods numerous times. There must be a problem with my database or wordpress instillation. I am trying to avoid reinstalling my blog. Please help

   Are you going into the right database? That is strange for all three of them not to work.

   Hi,

   Make sure that you have used correct database login details in wp-config.php file of the wordpress.
