Password Request Content

Hi guys…
So here’s what I need…please let me know if this is even possible. Thanks in advance,

I will have about 5 pages that will be password restricted.

The entire website will be accessible except for these few pages.

I want people to have to email our main email to get access to these pages, I don’t want a membership site and it’s a nonprofit so I will not be charging.

These passwords will change once a month.

Now I want to encompass a staff list into the these protected pages, but I want it to look nice.
If I use a staff list, team list, employee section this content will be public so that defeats the purpose.

It this possible without having to just create a password protected page and just doing something that looks very basic and unprofessional?

Any help would be awesome…this is holding up my launch date for my site as this content is the MAIN content of the site
