Password Recovery Problem

I sure hope someone has a solution. I had a Trojan virus on my computer and had to reformat and reinstall everything. I backed up all my passwords, etc. but now trying to log back in to WP, it says that my user name and password is not correct.

I’ve submitted to resend my password but it also tells me that my email is not on file. It’s the only email address I use.

Does anyone know what I should do now? Is it possible to reinstall thru my servers cPanel and transfer all of my files to the new installation.

I’m all for an easier way if there is one.
