Password recovery

    I have a corrupted PW. That is, the PW in the system does not match what I have stored in my browser. The username is also not recognizable. I do have DropBox backups of all the content. Is there a way to recover the PW form the the DB or must I remove the instance and reinstall?

    Thanks for the suggestion. After working through the codex a bit, I remembered that the issue came from a glitch in the NextGen gallery plugin. I then renamed that folder via RDC (Windows Server) so I could login, update to 3.8.1 and deal with the User/PW issues.
