I am trying to password protect a page: http://www.therainingseason.org/ff-training/
    the password is foreverfamily

Everytime I enter the password, it just refreshes. I have tried this in both Chrome and IE. My host is Fatcow. It isn't the theme, because the same thing happens with the default theme. Any ideas?

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

Well I cannot replicate your problem using Twenty Eleven, so whatever this is, it's specific to your site.
