Password protect pages

    I am having a problem with password protecting pages. If I set a password for a page, it asks for the password the first time I access the page. If I go back to that page later, it allow me to access the page without asking for the password. It looks like the pasword is being cached. Does anyone know how to fix this, or is there a better way to password protect pages eg a widget, code etc ?

    Well this is feature of wordpress, once your are authenticated for any password protected page your authentication information is stored in a cookie on that machine. So next time when you come across same password protected page you need to enter password again.

    There is a no need of worry except you are not accessing such protected pages from pubic computer. if yes then don’t forget to clear cookie and cache.
