   BlueHost have said they've tried to reset my wp-admin password my FTP and phpmyadmin and it's continually reverting back to the old PW although we don't know what that is. I'm not technical enough and they have no more answers. And apparently, WP doesn't do support {thanks for that}. So now I'm here and who knows if this is the right place. Please someone help me! :(

   If your password is reverting back, you may have a problem with one of your plugins. Start by Deactivating Plugins.

   Then Change your Password VIA PHPMyAdmin.

   But how can I do that if I can't even get in in the first place?

   Can you delete your plugins via your host's control panel?

   Both of the links I sent you show you how to do those things without having to get into your admin dashboard.
