   Each time I start a session, my password is not accepted and I need to click on Change Password. As soon as I have entered my username and am brought back to the username and password page, I am again able to log in with same username and password that did not work a moment before until I have requested a password change.

   Any advice to correct this issue?

   Try going to this page to login http://yourdomain/wp-login.php (i.e. wp-login.php instead of wp-admin)
