  • Would you provide more info on how “wordpress seems to remove the url parameters”? I am not sure this is quite clear.

Are you creating custom Piwik functionality, or are you using a WP plugin? I believe there are ready-made Piwik plugins, which should report your ad campaigns correctly.

Hi im using the wp_piwik plugin but really all that plugin does is print a bit of javascript so that piwik can track it and its not causing any problems.

The problem is when the add is clicked such as above wordpress removes the parameters eg… changes it to just virtualdrivinglessons.com therefor the parameters passed don’t get tracked.
I did find a way round this but i had to set up a separate duplicate page and it works fine it seems to be just the home page that removes these parameters its still a bit annoying i just want to know if there is a way to stop wordpress re-writing the url
