Passing Post ID in order to use Special Mail Tags

    My posts direct users to a contact form 7 page. It would be great if I could pass the post_ID and then use the Special Mailtags.

    Right now the only info I get is on the page itself when what i want is the info from the post that drove them to utilize contact form 7.

    I thought about just moving my contact form to the post itself, but it looks messy. I even thought maybe some cool javascript or something, but I really would prefer to just pass the info to another page and then be able to use the special mail tags.
