passing data and receiving data without WS or Soap

Hi,
I’ve googled, searched the forums and want to know if this is even possible with wordpress; I need to create a page where i am passing certain data elements and expect to receive the results. BTW, I’m not a programmer so please go easy on me. Example: I am creating a form with 3-4 input fields for my users. Step 1. I need to log into the 3rd party site and pass usrnme & psswrd. Step 2. user enters data in form Step ( 3-4 input boxes). 3. Data transmitted. 4. Results displayed on page or new page if necessary?
