Part of text

Hello! I’m using wrodpress for few days, but one function I’d like in other pages with other CMS is missing for me. I’d like to make a plugin (when it isn’t it) for the part of the text. Example: I write a title of post, write som info about it and then when user click on the title redirect him to the page when the post is complete. Sorry if you don’t understand, but my English isn’t prefect. 😛
