   After uploading wordpress files onto the web server, trying to access my website via browser generates this error. Trying to approach install.php in its directory in order to install also generates the same error.

   I tried erasing all files from the web root and requested BlueHost (my web hosting company) to recreate the public_html directory for me.
   After they did this I again copied wordpress's content files onto the web server via ftp, and again the same thing happens...

   What to do??? Thanks.

   Download the WordPress files anew and then upload them again. http://wordpress.org/download/

   Thanks, but i already used the simple-script (is that their name) of bluehost to install it... :-)
