    Hi!
I was trying to make changes to the functions.php so that the parent pages of the site didn’t link to anything. Before I edited, I copied and pasted the original code. When the changes didn’t work, I pasted the original code back in and am still getting the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/27/6084127/html/wp-content/themes/panorama/functions.php on line 2

Can’t access site. Anyone able to help? Here’s the code:

OK. Figured it out by going through my ftp and downloading the file to my text editor, making changes using the text editor, saving and uploading. Changes I had made wasn’t working, so I just used the original code that I had made a copy of before making changes.

What text editor did you use and how?
