    I can’t access my blog at all, it only gives me the error, I can’t get into admin or anything. I don’t know what a FTP file is or how I can access it. How can I fix the error, and how do I get into wordpress? Does anyone know? How do I get to the wp-content plug-ins? Please help if you can.

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
