Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in /homepages…

    I have received the same error twice now using wordpress on the lugada theme: ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘;’ in /homepages/4/d318363622/htdocs/wsb5763946601/wp-content/themes/lugada/include/widget.php on line 1′ This has happened twice in one week and had to redesign the whole website twice now, please help as this is very frustrating???thanks

    i have fixed it but happened twice now and is very frustrating, why does this happen and how can i prevent it from happening again?

    All we can say is that something is damaging or corrupting your current theme’s files on the server – which is unlikely to be a problem created by the theme itself. Have you spoken to your hosts about this?

    Considering the Theme site link listed here notes ‘Error establishing a database connection’, you may want to try another theme or better yet, to test, switch to default unedited theme.

    Also, did you rename the theme folder?

    Hi,

    I have just emailed the hosting company with the error but I would of thought it would be a wordpress error??

    I have already renamed the folder thanks seacoast web design but the theme is up to date and like the theme and have had no problems with it so far?

    I am sorry, but WordPress.org is not the issue…We can only make suggestions..some follow them…some don’t…(note: we see those who do not here often)
