Parse Error: Syntax error

Being new to WordPress, I have made a mess of trying to install it. I am getting the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/i/t/g/itgphilip/html/wp-config.php on line 46

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Line 46 of wp-config.php is:

define(‘SECURE_AUTH_KEY’, ‘H/_S*MqzM*Hyrj(`Qm+{mJJQd9%L=G=v@z6,{Qs5sXe%dCmy&T/MbXeJjWySi>$’);

but I don’t think this is where the problem is.
