I have tried everything I know and I still keep getting
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/a4756470/public_html/wp-config.php on line 47

during setup

Please help!

You’ve got a mistake in the file at line 47, maybe a missing single quote around the secret keys? See Editing wp-config.php « WordPress Codex

It’s also possible that the generated secret key is malformed and causing the parse error (the generator is completely random and doesn’t check for single quotes within the keys). You may want to try generating a new set.
