   I created a page and made it the child of an existing page but the page is not listed when I hover over the parent on the menu bar. How can I make it appear?

   If you are using WordPress's menus, go to Appearance > Menus and add that child page as a sub page on the menu. If you aren't using WordPress's menus, then it depends on how your menus are made.
