Parent navigation not working

    How can I make top-level links with drop downs become clickable links to a page? In the WordPress menu creator, I have attached each top-level navbar item with a page.

    The ABOUT US, PROGRAMS, and PLAN AN EVENT are the links that when clicked are not going to their designated pages. The site I am working on may be viewed here.
