Parent Menu Links Not Working

On my site http://www.RenovatoIntl.com I am having trouble with the parent menu navigation links. All of the navigation links without sub-menus are working but the ones with the sub-menus are not working.

I have tried disabling plugins and have checked the links to make sure they are going to valid pages. Everything seems to be working fine.

I posted this a week ago and have not had any response.

Any suggestions?
