Parent Hierarchy in Content

I am trying to make my pages navigable back and forth from their parents. Does anyone know how I can add a parent nav list? Turning out like so:

Home >> Parent >> Child >> Etc..

I would like to know if it can be done automatically, so I just have to type the code in the theme template and all my pages will have the nav list.
