Parent and Child pages in sidebar (3 posts)

    Hi,

I have a site that has a horizontal navigation bar with the parent links and vertical navigation bars in the sidebar which lists child pages for each parent. I found php in the codex to list only links to child pages for the current parent page, but I would like to also include a link to the parent page in the sidebar as the first link. For example, if the parent page is Research, the first link in the sidebar would be Research Home and underneath it would be the child pages.

Any ideas? I have a feeling it's a really simple fix. If you haven't guessed by now, I'm pretty new to php.

    Thanks!

This may help if you don't want to hard-code it yourself:

    bamcclendon,

Did you find a solution for this? I'm looking for the same thing!
