Panic – all posts gone!

I was working on custom.css and custom_functions.css with my Thesis theme at http://runinfinity.com wordpress blog running 2.8.6 and Thesis 1.6. I was doing only minor cosmetic changes, nothing significant. The blog is hosted on hostgator.

Then, I upgraded my wordpress blog for http://tanvirkazmi.com which is physically located under http://runinfinity.com from 2.8.6 or 7 to latest (3.0.1). Here is the directory structure on hostgator.

– wp-admin (for runinfinity)
– wp-content (for runinfinity)
– more
– tanvirkazmi.com
– wp-admin (for tanvirkazmi)
– wp-content (for tanvirkazmi)
– more

After this and even now, my upgraded blog tanvirkazmi.com is working fine. I think even my problem blog runinfinity.com was working fine after this change, but now, all my posts and pages are gone. Comments are there, uploaded images are there in the uploads folder, but no content. I do not have a database backup.

I am not familiar with wordpress database structures, but phpmyadmin shows the following:
Databases

Database
information_schema
tkazmi_phpb1
tkazmi_wrdp1
tkazmi_wrdp2
tkazmi_wrdp3
tkazmi_wrdp4

I dont know if these contain my data or not.

Please help.
