   Some theme vendors show case their themes under wordpress plugins section .They state them as free and sell it as premium for large price .I wonder how they were allowed to do it .

   Please Look this Coupon-press .They showcase it as a plugin.When we download it ,It was stated as we can download a free theme . When we click on it .Their official site with pricing displays .

   They are not providing any product for free .There is no free theme as they advertised

   I just wonder if it is officially permitted on wordpress or against the wordpress terms ?

   So where in that screenshot does it say you can get a free theme? I installed their plug-in and looked through it and I don't see anywhere that they are offering a free theme. They are selling themes.
