    Getting answers on their support forum is a long wait for a train that doesn’t appear to be coming.

    I’ve had better support from free plug in authors.

    Very disappointed.

  • I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from http://wordpress.org/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

    I just figured that anyone who might be considering purchasing this plugin should know what the experience is like.

    I’m am sorry that you have had a bad experience with this commercial plugin but the reviews here are just for the free plugins hosted on wordpress.org. Did you have any problems with the free plugin?

    The free version worked, which is why I got the paid version with the features I needed. Sadly none of them work.

    So I guess my review is… keep the Free Version. The Paid version doesn’t work.

    Even I am a paid member with them and have used the paid plugin on many projects. It seems to work fine.

    A few usage cases might be different from user to user.

    I never had a bad experience with support. They work hard to help members however if you feel you did not get peoper support, just write to their email and they will get back to you.

    WPMU DEV really cares about the members and they do whatever it takes to fix any issues with their free or paid plugins.
