Paid for Extensions and can't install them

    I have installed the plugin and purchased both premium extension. I can’t get the extensions to install. Keep getting this message: There was an error installing your premium extension because could not copy file.

    Also, now that I have tried several times to install changing permissions and such now I am getting this message too: There was an error downloading your premium extension because you have exceeded your download limit for this extension on this site.

    I’m running in the same problem, and unfortunately whoever handles support was not able to fix the issue either.

    If you can’t install it it’s almost certainly a permissions issue that is very difficult to resolve. Trust me, I wrote the plugin and have probably lost many hairs on my head attempting to solve weird server related edge cases 🙁
