   I cannot add new files (mp4 clips) from my server, or directly from my hardrive. I keep getting "Service is not available" message.

   Any ideas anyone?

   Sorry, can you clarify. What plugin are you using? Is it in the repository? Have you checked to see if there's been an upgrade recently and is it compatible with the WordPress you are using?
   Your vague title mentions that you've paid for it. Have you contacted the provider?

   Hi Christine. The plugin is free, it's called "Paid Downloads" and it's by Ivan Churakov. I'm pretty sure I have the most up to date version:3.04.

   It seems to all work fine until I try to upload files (around 633MB in size)from either my server or directly from my PC. Ii f I try from the server I get the "service not available" message, and when I try to upload from my PC I get timed-out.

   Ah I see.. I wasn't aware of that plugin. Sorry about that

   633MB sounds like a pretty big file. Could it be that the size of the file matters? Perhaps your hosting provider could let you know if there's a size restriction?
