• Hi

I am setting up a paid directory using the plugin above.

However, when a user has paid for submission to the directory, they are directed to a ‘Submission Status Page’. This is where the problem lies.

If I publish this page as ‘public’ it is accessible from the homepage as a normal link. Not appropriate.

If I publish it as private, it is no longer available for selection as the page to redirect users to after content has been submitted.

I must use the ‘Submission Status Page’ because it states in the configuration documents that a piece of code must be placed on it in order for it to work.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I’ve emailed the developers behind the plugin so perhaps they will get back to me.

The documentation accompanying it is really poor.

Also, there is a facility to create categories. However, when the listings are viewed via the front end – all of the listings are displayed together. So the categories are totally irrelevant.

Does anyone else have experience with this plugin?

    Thanks.

Howdy… I don’t remember seeing your email, but would be happy to answer your question here… If you use the custom menus manager, which is built into WordPress, you can manage your nav menus so that you can choose which pages are included in the main nav. I’m actually going to be getting rid of the submission status shortcode with an upcoming update, so it won’t be an issue… But for now, I recommend the custom menu manager… It’s a great way to manage your nav menu anyway, and even if you don’t use our plugin, it can give you a great deal of control over your site.
