In the admin I have 42 pages and 63 posts. When I view the pages along the right side I get the pagination or page numbers as follows:
Displaying 1–20 of 42 1 2 3 »
However, when I view the posts (63 in total) there is no pagination or page numbers. Could this be a server problem, file missing (although I can't see how if this works on pages) or a plugin conflict? And has anyone else run into this issue?

I am seeing the same thing in my admin panel. Page numbers on page view, nothing on post view...

calfoto - I've found a work around. On the posts page, click 'screen options' on the top right, then when you see the drop down change 'Show on screen' to a much higher number than your number of post, say 500 and you'll see all your posts.
