Pagination not working properly (4 posts)

    The pagination is not working properly on my site. Upon clicking any of the page numbers, the site refreshes with the same posts from the first page.

    I believe it has something to do with the theme using query_posts but I'm not a php developer so I do not know what correct syntax should be.

    Here is my code for the main post section:

    <div id="videogallery">
                    <?php query_posts('category_name=video'); ?>
                    <?php if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
                    	<div class="videoitem">
                        	<div class="ratings">
                            	<?php if(function_exists('the_ratings')) { the_ratings(); } ?>
                            </div>

                            <div class="comments">
                            	<?php comments_number('0', '1', '%'); ?>
                            </div>

                            <div class="thumbnail">
                            	<a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" title="<?php the_title() ?>"><img style="background: url(<?php $key="thumbnail"; echo get_post_meta($post->ID, $key, true); ?>)" class="thumb" src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/images/zoom.png" alt="<?php the_title() ?>" /></a>
                            </div>

                            <h2 class="itemtitle"><a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" title="<?php the_title() ?>"><?php the_title() ?></a></h2>
                            <p class="itemdesc"><?php the_content_rss('', TRUE, '', 8); ?></p>
                            <small class="gallerydate"><?php the_time('F j, Y'); ?></small>
                        </div>
                    <?php endwhile; else: ?>

                    <?php endif; ?>

    <div class="navigation" style="float:right; padding-right:18px;">

    <?php if(function_exists('wp_page_numbers')) : wp_page_numbers(); endif; ?>
    </div>

    I'm experiencing the same problem, but in my example it is working on some pages but not others. Are all of yours doing this?
