That plugin is compatible with 2.9.2

Please paste all the code from the theme template file (probably index.php) that is using the wp-pagenavi code into a pastebin such as wordpress.pastebin.com, and report the link back here. Maybe someone can spot your problem. Thanks.

Hey I install that pagination plugin and when I click the number “2” it stays in the 1st page with but with a different layout. Does anyone knows what could be wrong?

See what happens if you change your permalinks to the Default setting by visiting Administration > Settings > Permalinks and clicking on Save Changes.

Same issue sir. The only difference is that the url is changing to /?paged=# but I still see the same page.

My problem is that I’m using permalinks with custom structure: /%category%/%postname%/
What do I need to add or change in the plugin in order to make it work? I’m using Wp Page Navi.
It doesn’t matter what permalink structure you have. It’s a loop issue.
Did you read the topic I mentioned above?

Yes I did. I’m not a tech person though. I add the function to the plugin, but where do I put this code line?
query_posts(‘cat=7,8,12,13,15&paged=’.curPageURL());
Do what MichaelH suggested:

Replace
<?php query_posts('showposts=10'); ?>
with
<?php query_posts('showposts=10&paged=' . get_query_var('paged')); ?>
Again, this is not an issue related to WP-PageNavi.
