Paginate comments

Im not sure if I missed this but is there a addon that will allow me to paginate comments?

I brought this up a little while ago in this post http://wordpress.org/support/topic/31911

I tried to search the forums but all I can seem to find are either people asking for such a addon or nothing at all.

If someone could just let me know if sucha a thing exists, I would be very greatful.
