Pages problem

I installed wordpress 2.7 this morning and have been working on customising the look and feel. I’ve added a page but when I go into the pages option on my dashboard is says there are 2 under all and published, yet nothing is listed. When on the site if I click on one of the pages I get a “Not found” error message.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
