Pages not loading at all

    Greetings People.
    I’m starting to set up a blog about places to visit, but before a fix the URL and all the content, I’m just trying a few things and setting up all for the content. and one of those is the fact that one of the pages isn’t loading at all. it gives a 404 error.

    it is just an about page, it only has text. and I already tried deactivating the plugins and still is giving 404 on the about page. could someone help me in how to fix this?

    there was also the default page that comes with the fresh install and it also gave a 404
