Pages not appearing on blog

I have been given a word press theme that was designed for my company. Then using the test site that was created for us:
http://wordpress.urldock.com/sawford/
I have exported all the pages. I have then imported them into the admin page for the live stie:
http://www.sawfordbenedict.com/

I have installed all the same plugins (only one – “My Page Order”) and made everything match on both admin pages.

But the pages we have imported are not appearing as they do in the test site.

Any ideas as its drving us mad!
