Pages in menu navigation

    Hello,
    I have a problem with the menu.
    I have a mantra theme version 1.9.9.4.
    When ever i publish something, it always appear in the menu.
    For example, the legal information page, i dont want it to appear in the menu.
    How can i do so that one page that is publish will not appear in the menu?

    And other question is how can i disable or remove the link of one tab of the menu?I tried with url=# but is not working
